Where do we ship?

USA:

We ship to the USA using USPS and UPS. You can select the carrier and service you want during checkout.

 

International:


All import duties and local taxes are now calculated and paid at checkout.
No more surprise fees upon delivery.

We ship ErosTek products to most countries using DHL Express with real-time discounted rates displayed during checkout. Every shipping method includes insurance against loss or damage during shipment and a tracking number that you'll receive once your order ships. Delivery can be monitored anytime you wish from the tracking page sent to your email address.

We are unable to ship to:

  • China
  • Malaysia
  • Russia / Russian Federation
  • Singapore
  • Taiwan
  • Spain
  • Brazil


When do we ship?

We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Orders generally take 1 - 2 business days to leave our warehouse. You will receive an order fulfillment email and tracking information once your order ships, with an expected delivery date so you'll know when you can expect your stuff. 

How does the packaging look? Is it discreet?

Our packaging is simple and discreet. No logos. No mention of what's inside. Our return address is "ECForbes Inc" our corporate name, not "ErosTek" to keep your contents private and protected. Only you'll know what's inside.
