Shipping FAQ
Where do we ship?
We ship ErosTek products to most countries using United Parcel Service (UPS), US Postal Service (USPS) and DHL with real-time discounted rates displayed during checkout. Every shipping method includes insurance against loss or damage during shipment and a tracking number that you'll receive once your order ships. Delivery can be monitored anytime you wish from the tracking page sent to your email address.
We are unable to ship to:
- Germany
- China
- Malaysia
- Russia / Russian Federation
- Singapore
- Taiwan
Prices shown do not include VAT. We do not collect VAT for EU countries.
We collect sales tax for shipments to our home state of Maryland (MD) only.
Shipments to addresses outside the US may require payment of import fees and taxes at time of delivery. These fees can amount to about 20% of the product total. Refusing an international shipment will result in the package being abandoned by the carrier with no recourse or refunds available.
When do we ship?
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Orders generally take 1 - 2 business days to leave our warehouse. You will receive an order fulfillment email and tracking information once your order ships, with an expected delivery date so you'll know when you can expect your stuff.
How does the packaging look? Is it discreet?
Our packaging is simple and discreet. No logos. No mention of what's inside. Our return address is "ECForbes Inc" our corporate name, not "ErosTek" to keep your contents private and protected. Only you'll know what's inside.
